The dreamtime story of the Rainbow Serpent serves the inspiration for the design of the Canterbury-Bankstown 2023 Indigenous Jersey. "Ngihr Gawahny" pained by Pam Brandy Hall draws upon the tale of how the story of how the waterways were formed for the jersey. The serpent spreads across the bottom of the jersey, giving the Bulldogs players all the tools they need to navigate the season on and off the field. Yarning circles sit upon the banks of the rivers that flow across the jersey, places of home and spiritual recharge. Large handprints are 'helping hands' signifying the guidance from elders and leaders.
